Coming to the Convention but staying somewhere else?
We’re looking forward to gathering with you this August. To plan well and keep everyone safe, we need an accurate count of everyone who plans to attend — including those who are not staying in our convention hotels.
Already staying somewhere else?
If you’ve already arranged a short-term rental or are staying somewhere other than our convention hotels, we understand. We’d simply ask that you fill out the short form below so we know you’re coming and how many are in your party, keeping our count accurate.
Staying in one of our convention hotels? You’re already counted through your reservation — there’s no need to fill out the form.
Please do not cancel your current reservation in favor of a short-term rental, as this affects the convention. Thank you!
Why we need a headcount
Fire-safety regulations limit how many people can be in the ballroom. Because of that, we’re required to know how many people are attending in total — no matter where each family is staying.
