Important Convention Attendance Notice

As we continue preparing for the upcoming Convention, we kindly ask for your help with an important planning matter.
If you are planning to attend the Convention but will not be staying at one of the hotels arranged through the Convention, we respectfully ask that you complete the Convention Attendance Notification form.
This is not a hotel reservation form and does not affect any existing hotel arrangements. The purpose of this notice is simply to help us plan responsibly for the actual number of people who will be attending the services.
Because the services will be held in the hotel ballroom, we must carefully follow fire code and occupancy limits. If attendance exceeds the expected number, we will need to make proper arrangements for overflow seating and viewing areas. Without an accurate attendance count, it becomes very difficult to prepare properly, and this could affect the comfort, safety, and order of the meetings.
We sincerely appreciate your courtesy and cooperation in helping us prepare wisely. Your notification will allow us to better serve everyone attending the Convention.
Please complete the Convention Attendance Notification form as soon as possible if this applies to you.
