Terms & Conditions

Effective date: July 18, 2026  ·  Last updated: July 18, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the convention website and the Charity Tabernacle Convention Support SMS program operated by Charity Tabernacle Inc. for the 2026 Bride International Convention.

1. Acceptance of terms

Your use of the website, registration forms, reservation tools, event pages, and support services is subject to these Terms & Conditions. SMS consent is separate and optional; accepting these website terms does not enroll you in SMS messaging.

2. Organization and program

This website and messaging program are operated by:

  • Charity Tabernacle Inc.
  • Charity Tabernacle Convention Support (the SMS program)
  • maricopaconvention.org
  • The 2026 Bride International Convention

3. Website purpose

The website provides information and administrative services for the convention, including:

  • Registration
  • Reservations
  • Event information
  • Transportation information
  • Schedule information
  • Support requests
  • Convention updates
  • Attendee communications

4. Registration responsibilities

When you register, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Correctly identifying the guests included in your registration
  • Using valid contact details
  • Reviewing your confirmations and notices
  • Informing the convention team of meaningful changes
  • Following applicable event and venue rules
  • Not using the registration system fraudulently or on behalf of someone without their authorization

5. Availability and changes

Schedules, speakers, locations, transportation arrangements, activities, and other event details may change. Charity Tabernacle Inc. may update or discontinue website features or convention arrangements when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that the website will be available without interruption.

6. Charity Tabernacle Convention Support SMS Terms

You may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Charity Tabernacle Convention Support. Expected message categories include:

  • Registration confirmations
  • Reservation updates
  • Convention schedule updates
  • Service-time information
  • Event reminders
  • Transportation information
  • Ticket or activity updates
  • Responses to attendee support requests
  • Urgent operational, safety, weather, venue, or emergency notices

Please also note:

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Participation is voluntary.
  • Consent is not a condition of registering, purchasing, reserving, attending, or receiving support.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • SMS delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier coverage, device settings, network availability, message filtering, technical outages, or incorrect contact information.

7. How to opt in

On a web form, you opt in by:

  • Entering your mobile number
  • Reviewing a clear SMS disclosure
  • Actively selecting a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default
  • Submitting the form

Checking the box constitutes your consent to receive messages related to the Charity Tabernacle Convention Support program described above. Acceptance of the general website terms does not, by itself, provide SMS consent.

8. How to opt out

You can stop receiving messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe.
  • You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out.
  • No further SMS messages will be sent after your opt-out is processed, unless you later provide valid consent again.

Other commonly recognized opt-out words may also be processed by the messaging platform, but STOP is the standard instruction. If you are unable to reply STOP, you may also email convention@charitytab.org or call (520) 464-4445 to be removed.

9. How to get help

Reply HELP to any SMS message for assistance. A HELP reply will identify Charity Tabernacle Convention Support and provide contact information along with opt-out instructions. You can also reach us at:

  • Email: convention@charitytab.org
  • Phone: (520) 464-4445
  • Website: maricopaconvention.org

10. Changing or withdrawing consent

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time. Withdrawal applies to SMS communications and does not, by itself, cancel your registrations, reservations, tickets, or other convention participation. You may continue to receive necessary communications through email, telephone, or another permitted method.

11. Re-enrollment

If you previously opted out, you will receive SMS messages again only after completing a new, valid opt-in. Sending an unrelated message does not automatically restore consent.

12. Supported carriers and devices

SMS availability depends on your mobile carrier, plan, device, and coverage. Availability may change, and we do not guarantee delivery on every carrier or device.

13. Privacy

Personal information associated with the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. As stated there, mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

14. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information
  • Impersonate another person
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any system
  • Interfere with the operation of the website
  • Upload malware or harmful code
  • Use the website or messaging service for illegal, abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  • Misuse reservation references, QR codes, tickets, or attendee information

15. Intellectual property

Website text, logos, graphics, registration materials, and original content may be owned by Charity Tabernacle Inc. or used with permission. Third-party names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

16. Third-party services and links

Registration, payment, hotel, mapping, transportation, SMS, and other services may be provided by third parties. Those third-party platforms may have their own separate terms and privacy policies, which govern your use of their services.

17. Disclaimers

Information on the website is provided for convention-related purposes and may be updated from time to time. To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Charity Tabernacle Inc. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by matters outside its reasonable control, such as:

  • Carrier outages
  • Internet failures
  • Delayed SMS delivery
  • Weather disruptions
  • Venue changes
  • Third-party service failures

19. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for your own unlawful misuse of the website or services. This provision is limited to unlawful misuse and does not require ordinary attendees to broadly indemnify Charity Tabernacle Inc. for routine convention matters.

20. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without limiting any rights that may be required under another applicable jurisdiction.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The last-updated date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the website after changes are published may constitute acceptance where legally permitted. Continued use does not create new SMS consent, which always requires a separate, affirmative opt-in.
